Baked Brie with Cranberries & Pecans
Warm, melty brie topped with crunchy pecans and dried cranberries covered in bourbon syrup.

Dried Cranberries

Black Jack Pecans
(chopped)

Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
Instructions
Prep
Preheat oven to 375F.
Rough chop pecans.
Place brie in small baking dish. Top with nuts and cranberries.
Cooking
Bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven and add maple.
Continue baking 5 more minutes or until cheese has softened.
Enjoy with your favorite crackers!
Pro Tips
Let cool 1-2 minutes before serving to prevent any mouth burning.
Substitute regular pecans or candied pecans for black jack pecans. If using regular pecans, add sea salt to taste.
Use a small cast iron skillet instead of a baking pan to easily remove it from the oven.
Toss dried cranberries and a teaspoon of water in a microwaveable bowl. Warm for 15-20 seconds to soften and plump.
