Ingredients
1large roundBrie
1cupFrozen Blueberries
3tbspBourbon Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegardivided
1tbspBourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
1/4tspCinnamon
Instructions
Prep
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place brie in baking dish. Using a sharp knife, slice the rind from the top and remove.
Cooking
Bake brie 15 minutes or until cheese has softened.
While brie is baking, add frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and cinnamon to a sauce pan on medium-low heat, stir until it comes to a simmer.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes until the mixture is thickened.
Remove brie from oven and place on a serving plate. Top with reduced blueberry mixture.
Drizzle remaining balsamic vinegar over the top.
Serve warm warm with your favorite crackers, fruit, or tasted bread.

Add a 1/4 cup of bacon bits to the blueberry mixture after reduced for a more savory flavor.
