Whiskey Grilled Peaches

Peaches reach their peak of ripeness in the middle of summer, making them an excellent choice during grilling season. After your dinner finishes up cooking on the grill, toss a couple of these peaches on for a spectacular (and simple) dessert. Whiskey Grilled Peaches

Charred peaches fresh from the flame, glazed with whiskey maple syrup. 

Servings: 8 

Total Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

Prep

  1. Preheat grill to 400F.

Cooking

  1. Place peaches, cut side down, on grill.
  2. Lid closed, cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Flip peaches a brush with maple syrup.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over peach tops.
  5. Close lid and continue cooking for 1 minute.
  6. Remove from grill & enjoy!

Pro Tips

  1. Mix cayenne pepper with the cinnamon sugar for a kick.
  2. Serve with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream!
  3. Substitute coconut sugar to make this recipe paleo friendly.
